PRE ORDERS
If any of your items are on pre-order please allow approximately 12 working days for your order to be shipped. This excludes weekends and any bank/public holidays.
SHIPPING
We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible during working hours. You will receive a shipping text or email once your order has been shipped.
If your order does not include pre-order items and 7 days have passed since you placed your order please get in touch with your order number and we can provide an update. We kindly ask you to avoid emailing about your order until the above time frames have passed.
DELIVERY
We use Nepal Can Move Courier to ship within country and outside country through convienent courier to ship your order. Our carriers are delivering in time The delivery time within local limit same day or next day and outside withn 5 days.
