Return and Exchange Policy

At Shri Krishna Fashion Collection, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer return and exchange options to cater to our valued customers, whether you’re local or located outside Kathmandu Valley and Baglung. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policy:

Return Timeframes:

• Local Customers: Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of purchase.
• Customers outside Kathmandu valley and Baglung: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Policy:

• We typically do not offer refunds, except in cases where the item is deemed faulty or damaged. Please note that malicious damage is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
• Shri Krishna Fashion Collection is not responsible for returns due to a change of mind after purchase.

Requirements for Returns and Exchanges: For us to process your return or exchange, please ensure the following criteria are met:

i) The purchased item(s) must be in their original condition.

ii) The purchased item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

iii) Items must not be maliciously damaged; such behavior will not be tolerated.

iv) Sale items are generally non-returnable.

Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges that do not meet the above requirements. Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping cost incurred when returning items to Shri Krishna Fashion Collection, whether to our outlets in Kathmandu or Baglung.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please send an email to helpskfc2075@gmail.com to request confirmation. We strive to process returns as efficiently as possible. If you are initiating a return, you can typically expect to receive approval of your request within 2-3 business days of our receipt. However, please understand that we are a small business, and during busy periods, this process may take a bit longer.

Exchange Process: For customers seeking exchanges, we will dispatch your new item(s) after a thorough inspection of the returned item(s). You will receive a confirmation email once the exchange has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days after we’ve received your return items.
